Where exactly is KHPTC located?

KHPTC is located on Kazi Mingi Farm, just outside Eldoret town in Uasin Gishu County, approximately 350 km west of Nairobi, Kenya.

Do I need to be a professional athlete to train there?

No! About 90% of our visitors are leisure runners. We welcome athletes of all levels, from beginners to elite competitors.

What is the best time of year to visit?

The centre is open year-round. September to April generally offers the mildest weather, but training is excellent in all seasons.

Can I arrange airport transfers?

Yes, we offer transfers from Eldoret International Airport and Nairobi. Just let us know your flight details when booking.

Is the centre suitable for non-runners?

Absolutely! Family members and non-running companions are welcome. There are plenty of activities and excursions available.
